Professor Nir Kshetri of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, USA
He has written several books on blockchain and smart contracts (his bio below).

Professor Ksherti will talk about:

• The advantages and risks of investing in cryptocurrencies
• Bitcoin vs. other cryptocurrencies
• Other novel applications of the blockchain beyond cryptocurrencies
• The role of governments and the future of cryptocurrencies
Guest Speaker’s Bio:
Prof. Kshetri has authored nine books and published over 150 research articles in various journals.
Prof. Kshetri recently won the Blockchain Connect Conference’s Most Influential Blockchain Research Paper. He is a two-time winner of the Pacific Telecommunication Council’s Meheroo Jussawalla Research Paper Prize.
Prof. Kshetri has provided consulting services to the Asian Development Bank, various UN agencies, and a number of private companies.
